Every dinner your family already eats. On one page.

Free printable. Fill it in once, then stop deciding from scratch every single Sunday.

You are not short of recipes. You have hundreds saved.

That is exactly the problem. At 5:47pm nobody wants to browse — you want to decide. And the fastest way to decide is to look at a short list of things you already know your family will eat.

Most families have between twelve and twenty of those. Almost nobody has ever seen them written down in one place.

This is that page. Five boxes, and here is what goes in each one.

1 — THE ALWAYS EATS

The four or five dinners nobody complains about. Not your best cooking. Your most reliable cooking.

This is the box you will actually look at on a bad night, so fill it first.

2 — THE FIFTEEN-MINUTE BENCH

Anything on the table in fifteen minutes or less, start to finish.

Time it once instead of guessing. Most of us think a meal takes forty minutes when it takes eighteen, and then we don't cook it on a Tuesday.

3 — SET AND FORGET

Slow cooker or oven. The ones where the work happens at 10am and dinner happens by itself.

These are the dinners that save the night you have football at 5 and homework at 6.

Want it now? Scroll down and put your email in — I'll send it over — it's free, it's one PDF, and it prints on the first try.

4 — MEATLESS

Beans, eggs, pasta, whatever your house will accept.

One or two of these a week is not a diet decision. It's a shopping bill decision, and boys eat a lot.

5 — WANT TO TRY

The maybe pile. Things you've saved and never cooked.

Keep this box small. Its only job is to give you one new dinner a month without turning the whole page into a project.

ALSO ON IT

Sixteen dinners are already written in to get you started — cross out whatever yours won't eat. There's a binder-punch version so it survives being filed, and US Letter and A4 are in the same file, so there's nothing to unzip.

ONE THING BEFORE YOU START

Include the boring ones. The jar sauce. The fish fingers. The one you would not put on the internet.

Nobody is marking this. A list of dinners you'd be proud of is useless at 5:47pm on a Tuesday — and a list of dinners your family will actually eat is the entire point.

Print it, fill it in once, and stick it inside a cupboard door. Not a drawer.

You need to see it on the night you have nothing left.

No spam. One email a week, and you can leave whenever you like.
